It was snowing the day we arrived in Horb - it looks beautiful. We went for a walk down into the old town and had hot chocolate and gluwein (warm wine) in a cafe. It was a great morning before coming back to their house for Caleb's sleep. Amos took us on a walk through the forest in the afternoon which was peaceful until Caleb decided he'd had enough, it got dark and started to rain. This was about when we realised that we can't quite be as adventurous as we'd like to be with a toddler! Mental note for rest of holiday - 12km walks in the freezing weather aren't that appealing to a small child!!
